All Service Providers on our platforms are required to undergo background checks. By signing this policy, you agree to consent to a background check, including criminal record checks, to ensure the safety and security of our Users.

Any Service provider who has been convicted of any crime will not be eligible to join our platform.

1. Code of Conduct

• Service Providers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, respect, and integrity with customers.
• Harassment, theft, fraud, or any other illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from our platform.

2. Customer Property

• You will be solely responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer property due to negligence or inappropriate actions.
• Touching or taking any materials or property from the customer’s home without his permission will be considered a crime.

Termination may also occur if you fail to comply with our code of conduct or if we receive credible complaints or bad review from customers regarding your behaviour or services.

* ग्राहक की अनुमति के बिना उसके घर से किसी भी सामग्री या संपत्ति को छूना या लेना अपराध माना जाएगा।

यदि आप हमारी आचार संहिता का अनुपालन करने में विफल रहते हैं या हमें आपके व्यवहार या सेवाओं के संबंध में ग्राहकों से विश्वसनीय शिकायतें या खराब समीक्षा प्राप्त होती है, तो समाप्ति भी हो सकती है।

This Policy provides contact detail for customers and service providers to reach out to the website operator With any questions, concerns, or queries related to the policies or the website.

We only collect personal information of service provider that are necessary to provide our services. We assure the service provider that we do not misuse or disclose their personal information in any way. However, service providers' personal data, including name, email, password, size photo, and Aadhar card, have been directly obtained from them with their consent. The website has also collected service providers’ contact information, such as phone numbers and addresses. service provider’s verification has been conducted for ensuring customer's security before registering them.

6. Service providers have the freedom to modify, delete, or update their personal information at any time. The website does not use any cookies for tracking purposes.

7. The service providers are verified in the following manner before registering on the website –

• Company verification
• Complete verification

8.Our website is not owned by any government organization. The government does not own the service providers registered on the website.
